Peach Compote | Typical Salento product

The peach compote is a typical product, made with the peaches from our orchard with a reduced sugar content.

Ingredients : Peaches (83%), sweetener, erythritol, Chia seeds, Inulin, lemon juice, Gelling agent: Agar Agar.

N.B. Store in the fridge after opening and consume preferably within four weeks.

Format:  210 gr.

Pairings:  excellent for spreading on toast, bread and also for use in tarts.
