Salsa Piccante

A mince with a bright color and a strong, spicy flavor with a consistency that can be felt under the teeth, destined to enhance any dish it serves as a side dish. Delicious with fresh cheese or on croutons as an appetizer or snack. Excellent in padded sandwiches and meatloafs to which it gives a particular spicy flavour. It is also used as a condiment for pasta or to garnish pizza.

INGREDIENTS Hot peppers, olive oil, artichokes, dried tomatoes, aubergines, grilled champignon mushrooms, capers, basil, salt, garlic. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
