Extra Virgin Olive Oil Polaris 1 Lt can  is a typical Salento oil  cold extracted from company olives harvested in mid-October and transformed into oil within the following 4 hours, stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before of packaging.

It is composed of a variety of olives, such as: Celllina di Nardò (60%) and Leccino (40%)

Delicate oil with a slightly fruity scent, with notes of hazelnuts and almonds. On the palate a soft taste, not very bitter and not very spicy

Recommended pairings: Fresh salad, dip; Boiled vegetables, boiled potatoes, steamed fish - Pesto, bagna caoda - Barley soup, vegetable minestrone - Frying - Pastry
