Polaris Extra Virgin Oil 5 Lt can | Typical Salento Oil

Polaris Extra Virgin Oil 5 Lt can  is a typical Salento oil  composed of a variety of olives: Cellina di Nardò (60%) and Leccino ( 40%). This is an oil cold extracted from company olives harvested in mid-October and transformed into oil within the following 4 hours, stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging.

It is a delicate oil, with a slightly fruity scent with aromatic notes of hazelnuts and almonds. Soft taste, not very bitter and not very spicy

Recommended pairings : Fresh salad, dip; boiled vegetables, boiled potatoes, steamed fish - Pesto, bagna caoda - Barley soup, vegetable minestrone - Frying - Pastry
