Frize gr. 500 | Typical Salento product

Frize are a typical Salento donut-shaped baked product with "00" wholemeal wheat flour, oat flour and malted cereals.

Ingredients : "00" whole wheat flour, oat flour, malted cereals, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, linseed, millet, sesame seeds, dried sourdough, salt , water, alpha amylase, E 300, brewer's yeast, mother yeast, extra virgin olive oil, wine.

N.B. The product may contain traces of sesame, peanuts and other nuts. Eggs are used on the farm.

Format : 500 gr.

Pairings : excellent to taste with tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, with pâtés.
