Friselline with cereals gr. 200 - Typical Salento product

Frize are a typical Salento baked product in the shape of small donuts with "00" whole wheat flour, oat flour and malted cereals.

Ingredients : "00" wholemeal soft wheat flour, oat flour, malted cereals, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, linseed, millet, sesame seeds, dried sourdough, salt, water, alpha amylase, E 300, brewer's yeast, mother yeast, extra virgin olive oil, wine.

N.B. The product may contain traces of sesame, peanuts and other nuts. Eggs are used on the farm.

Pairings : excellent to enjoy with tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, with pâtés and also alone as a snack.
