Grilled courgettes 250 g, glass jar, Agricola Taurino

The courgettes, cut into slices and grilled, are preserved in jars with onion and chilli pepper which give them a fresh and delicious taste. Excellent as an appetizer, snack and side dish to any type of second course.

Ingredients: Courgettes, olive oil, onion, salt, vinegar, chilli pepper.
