Polaris Extra Virgin Oil 500 ml bottle | Typical Salento oil

Polaris extra virgin olive oil in a 500 ml bottle  presents a varietal composition of Leccino and Cellina di Nardò olives. The oil is cold-extracted from farm olives harvested in mid-October and transformed into oil within 4 hours – stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging.

This is a type of oil with an intense yellow colour, a slightly fruity scent and a sweet flavor with a light leafy aftertaste.

It is recommended for first and second courses based on fish and vegetables and boiled meats.
