Sirius Extra Virgin Oil 250 ml bottle | Typical Salento oil

The Sirius extra virgin oil in a 250 ml bottle  has a varietal composition of Cellina di Nardò olives (20%) and Nociara + frantoio (80%). The oil is cold extracted from company olives harvested in mid-October and transformed into oil within 4 hours - stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging.

This is a medium intense type of oil with a fruity scent of fresh olive and herbaceous and a slightly bitter and slightly spicy taste. It is recommended for fresh salads, vegetable purées, steamed shellfish, fish soups, meat and fish carpaccio, white meats, bruschetta and sauces.
