Sirius Extra Virgin Oil 750 ml bottle | Typical Salento oil

The Sirius extra virgin olive oil in a 500 ml bottle  has a varietal composition of Cellina di Nardò (20%) and Nociara olives + oil mill (80%). The oil is cold-extracted from farm olives harvested in mid-October and transformed into oil within 4 hours – stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging.

This is a medium intense type of oil with a fruity scent of fresh olive and herbaceous and a slightly bitter and slightly spicy taste. It is recommended for fresh salads, vegetable purées, steamed shellfish, fish soups, meat and fish carpaccio, white meats, bruschetta and sauces.
