Sirius Extra Virgin Oil 3 L can  is a typical Salento oil cold extracted from company olives harvested in mid-October and transformed into oil within 4 hours, stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging.

It is made up of a varietal composition of Cellina di Nardo' (20%) and Nociara + Frantoio (80%)

Medium intense oil, with a fruity scent of fresh olive and a herbaceous aftertaste. Slightly bitter and slightly spicy taste.

Recommended pairings: Fresh salads; Pureed vegetables; Steamed shellfish, fish soups; Meat and fish carpaccio white meats  -   Bruschettas, sauces
