Sirius Extra Virgin Oil 5 Lt can is a typical Salento oil cold extracted from farm olives, in particular: Cellina di Nardò (20%) and Nociara + Frantoio (80%). The olives harvested in mid-October are transformed into oil within 4 hours, which is stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging.

Sirius extra virgin olive oil is a medium intense oil, with a fruity scent of fresh olive and a herbaceous aftertaste. On the palate it has a slightly bitter and slightly spicy taste
